Objective : 
The primary objective of Human Resource Management module is to facilitate administration of Organisation's most important assets i.e. manpower. Better management, using SHRM, results in effective utilisation of the organisations work force towards its goals.

This module enables the HR department to perform the vital functions of recruitment, selection, training & development with the help of data base driven decision support system. It maintains information such as Organisational chart, Job profile, Job skills, data base of applicants, resource bank, Question banks, letter banks & finally a comprehensive employee data base.

System Application :
  • Identification of vacancies existing in the organisation with respect to organisational chart.
  • Matching requirements with in-house availability of manpower & identifying likely candidates for filling up the vacancies.
  • Maintaining "Database of Applicants" & matching requirements at the time of vacancies. 
  • At recruitment stage provide assistance from the "Resource Bank" about the possible sources of the applicants e.g. colleges, placement agencies, etc.
  • Assisting in the selection procedure by providing ready to use questions bank for various type of job profiles & for various stages of selection.
  • Standardising & simplifying the process of issuing letters of interview, confirmation, appointment & promotions.
  • Tracking training & development programs & their impact on employees.
  • Performance monitoring for identifying training needs, promotions, rewarding employees or punishing non performing employees.
  • Facilitates close & cohesive communications with employees (mailers for birthday, anniversary, festival greetings, etc.).
