with their buyers, agents, factories, travelling executives & management personnels.
V-Connect is offered in two formats :
a. V-Connect Personnel : Exclusive web space for an exporter.

V-Connect Share : Shared web space on the exchange.
Information Domains cover in V-Connect are :
- Sales Order Status
- Shipment Status (Invoice /Sales Order wise)
- Approvals Status for Development & Order wise samples Production Status for Live orders & history track.
- L/C Status.
V-Connect offers option of connectivity to the VisualGEMS ERP software with a bridge
software tool for live data exchange from the ERP database onto the web
server database or an off line data capture & upload tool. Which can
be used by non VisualGEMS customer.

We are developing an
integrated web solution which encompases following functions :
Web Interface :
- Order Placement & its complete tracking thru confirmation, revision & shipment (for inventory based items) with on line Inventory Management.
- Accepting Sampling Requests & tracking them till execution.
- Inquiry processing for Seasons collections, convertion of inquiries to confirmed otders thru a process of Aggregation & monitoring of these live orders for multi-part-multi-location shipment with interactive involvement of the end customers.
Back Office software :
- Master data collection & management
- Consolidation of on-line data with off line data
- Import of order status monitoring (shipment) data from legacy system.
- Security & two tiered user Access Authorisation mechanisms.
